Focused design guidance for clients seeking help in one primary area, such as artwork, furnishings, lighting, or wall finishes including paint or wallpaper. This service prioritizes context, scale, placement, and cohesion so selections feel intentional and appropriate for the space. Curation is provided through a structured design engagement rather than hourly shopping. When multiple areas or layered decisions are involved, scope and pricing adjust accordingly.
For clients who need assistance ordering previously discussed or approved items, this service allows products to be purchased through my studio and shipped or hand delivered directly to your home.
Visual tools are created to support decision-making once direction is established. These materials clarify intent, scale, and cohesion across the space. Deliverables may include: Renderings Drawings or layouts Mood boards Specification sheets Deliverables are not offered independently and are provided only within an active Design Execution engagement. (Scope varies by project)
Design support for clients planning renovations or updates who need clarity, creative direction, and organization throughout the process. This service focuses on layout concepts, finish selections, drawings, and specification sheets, along with ongoing design guidance as work progresses. I collaborate with the client's chosen General Contractor and trades to support design intent, manage selections, and reduce decision fatigue, while allowing each professional to perform their respective role. This service does not include construction management, contractor selection, or oversight of building work.

My role is to guide the design vision, anticipate challenges, and support you through the emotional and logistical complexity or a remodel – from early ideas through final selections – while the contractor manages construction execution.

All construction work is performed by client-selected licensed professionals.
